We are committed to making our customers happy with fair buys, trades and sales based on the current market value of the items. Selling us your collection is very simple and can be done without you having to travel to our store.  All you will need to do is follow the simple steps below and you can turn your collection into cash in a few days. We offer quotes over text/email for Non-local collections and for rare/high value items. If you are local to the DFW area and/or able to make the trip we will assess the items in person at our store. 

Step One: Send us images

Text overhead pictures of the items you would like to sell to 972-639-6608. Please fit as many items in each photo as possible. If we need Individual photos we will ask for them. (See a comprehensive list of the items we buy below) Make sure each picture is well lit and the items are in focus.  Please make sure the items are in frame. Please take pictures of any damage on the item.  Prices are set by condition so the better the pictures, the more accurate we can determine condition, thus the more accurate we can make the quote.

Expect a response in 24-72 hours, if you send a message the days we are closed, expect a response the next business day. 

Note: We cannot buy any items that smell like smoke, mildew, or anything that has evidence of pests or animal waste

Step Two: Receive a quote or set appointment

We will review the pictures of the items you would like to sell. We may ask for more images of some items if we have any questions. If we determine we are interested we can set an appointment for you to come in and bring the items. If you are unable to bring the items in-Person we will offer the quote and give you the next steps to send the items to us. 

Please Wipe down and dust any items and boxes that were in storage. If anything is overly dirty we will assume they are in poor condition.

Step Three: Bring your toys to us or Ship the items

If you are bringing the items in person without an appointment. our buying hours are 11-3pm on weekdays and 11-5 on weekends. if you are bringing a large collection please set an appointment. We have staff and equipment in store to help unload collections. 

Small collections (1-3 boxes) 15-25 minutes 

Large collections (4 boxes or more) 30 minutes-1 hour

Very Large collections (Moving van sized amounts of boxes) 2+ hours 

Plan accordingly as we prefer the seller to stay on premises during evaluations.

We do not travel out to look at collections.

Step Four: Receive payment

We will review the items to make sure they match the pictures. If everything matches we send payment via PayPal or Check.
